"Dorian Team" is the commercial brand under which Sergio Daniel Pulido provides the service described on this site, and is the party responsible for the data collected through it.

Through the contact form we collect your full name, company or business, email, phone, type of business, and the message you write. We use it exclusively to respond to your business inquiry, qualify the contact, and schedule a demo if applicable.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser (localStorage) is the chosen light/dark mode preference, a setting that does not identify you and is never sent to any server.

Processing is based on your express consent, given by checking the form's checkbox, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection. Along with your inquiry, we store the exact version of the text you accepted, the language, and the date you accepted it, so we can prove it if needed.

If you don't give that consent, the form won't let you submit the inquiry; you can always write to us directly by email or WhatsApp instead.

We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties for our own commercial purposes. To operate the site and the form, we use the following data processors, each with its own privacy policy:

Cloudflare: hosts the site, runs the anti-spam check (Turnstile), and stores the inquiry in its database (D1) before queuing the emails.

Resend: sends the internal notification email and the confirmation email you receive after submitting the form.

Microsoft 365: is the mailbox (administracion@dorianteam.com) where we receive and reply to your inquiry.

These providers run on internationally distributed infrastructure, so your data may be processed outside Argentina; in every case, processing is limited to what's needed to provide the contact service.

We keep your inquiry's data for as long as needed to manage it, follow up commercially, and meet any legal or accounting obligations. You can request its deletion before that by writing to administracion@dorianteam.com, and we'll honor it unless a legal obligation requires us to keep the record.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, with security headers that restrict scripts, origins, and embedded content. The form is protected with server-side anti-spam verification (Turnstile), and the inquiry is saved with a unique identifier before attempting to send the emails, to avoid silent loss or duplicates.

As the data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, update, or request the deletion of the information you provided us. To exercise these rights, simply write to administracion@dorianteam.com.

Argentina's Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the enforcement authority under Law 25.326, is where you can file a complaint if you believe your rights over your personal data were not respected.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the providers we use. The version in force is always the one published at this same URL, along with its last-updated date.
